Exploring the Flora & Fauna of the Winooski

The Winooski River Sojourn is a multi-day paddling trip on the Winooski River, during which participants will learn about this great Vermont resource while also raising money to help support the work of the Friends of the Winooski River. This year's Sojourn will feature naturalist led talks about the flora and fauna of the Winooski Watershed Basin.

June 26: Mammals of the Winooski Watershed w/ Susan Morse - Keeping Track

The 2010 Sojourn will begin in Marshfield on Tuesday June 22nd and reach Lake Champlain on Sunday June 27th. Paddlers may sign up for the entire trip, multiple days or just one day. All meals and camping are provided. Paddlers must bring their own camping and paddling gear including a canoe or kayak.
